Ventura Ranch is a family owned and operated cattle ranch in Central Florida. We are located 4.5 miles west of

I-75 and Florida's Turnpike on State Road 44.

Ventura Ranch Dirt (Miami 1st and 8th LLC) offers clean fill dirt, clay and topsoil.

Much of our fill dirt is classified A-3 structural material passing 3-12% at 200 sieve, thus making it suitable for MSE walls, house pads and any other structural needs. Our dirt is also suitable for septic tank drain fields, asphalt sand and many other uses.

Our Clay is well suited for your stabilization needs.

Topsoil is sometimes available as well.

If interested we can provide our geotechnical reports from various locations within the pit. We are also open to you having your own geotechnical firm come pull their own samples by appointment.

Ventura Ranch also offers high quality horse hay. Our hay fields are weed free and well fertilized. We fertilize after each cutting to ensure the best possible nutrition for your animals. All horse hay is barn kept. We offer Coastal, Alecia Bermuda as well as Tipton 44 hay. We spray for weeds annually, our fields are 95% pure (very little Bahia mixed in). We "sell the best and feed the rest". We also offer cow hay, this is hay from the same fields but either didn't have the barn space or got caught by a rain.

Delivery of 20 or more rolls is an option, or you can pick up at our Ranch one roll at a time by appointment only.
